Biography
Enamul Hoq is an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB). He holds a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from WUB and is currently advancing his academic credentials with an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST).
Since beginning his tenure at WUB in 2013, he has become a prolific researcher and educator. His academic contributions include co-authoring several book chapters published by Springer on specialized topics such as sensors, actuators, control systems, and mechatronics applications. His primary research interests lie in the fields of robotics, automation, and renewable energy systems.
Hoq has successfully led numerous innovative technical projects, including the development of automatic wind turbine systems, QR-code-based smart car parking, and various specialized robotic platforms like floor cleaners and surveillance rovers. His work has been recognized internationally through multiple conference presentations and peer-reviewed articles. Additionally, he serves as a mentor for undergraduate students, supervising various research theses related to mechatronics and IoT integration.
