Personal profile
Biography
I am currently serving as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, under the Mechanical Engineering program at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB). I am deeply passionate about both learning and teaching, and I truly value the engaging interactions I have with my students. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT). Later, I pursued my Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET), where I also worked as a Research Assistant. During my masterβs studies, I published two research papers and was awarded the prestigious National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship for the academic year 2022β2023.
My M.Sc. thesis, titled βFabrication and Characterization of Bio-Polymer Matrix Composite for Clinical Applicationsβ, contributed significantly to the field of biomedical engineering, particularly in bone repair applications. To validate my findings, I employed advanced characterization techniques such as Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), and Vickers Hardness Testing, among others.
Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET). I have completed my coursework and have been awarded the National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship for the academic year 2025β2026.
My present research interests include interfacial engineering, surface coatings, bioinspired materials, and hybrid materials.
