Biography

Farhan Mahbub is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at World University of Bangladesh with more than 12 years of experience in the field of engineering. He is recognized for his strong academic background, self-motivation, and expertise in electrical, electronics, and control systems engineering.

He received his Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh in 2008 and completed his Master of Science (MS) in Control Systems from University of Salford in 2010.

He joined the Department of Mechatronics Engineering at World University of Bangladesh as a Lecturer in 2011 and currently serves as an Associate Professor & Head. His research interests include advanced control systems, system identification, and intelligent control techniques, particularly in automotive and industrial applications.

Farhan Mahbub has published several research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. Recently, he was honored with the SPHEA Award in recognition of his academic and professional contributions.
