Biography
Avishek Chowdhury is an accomplished researcher and engineer who holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), where his outstanding academic performance was recognized with a position on the Dean's List. He is currently advancing his expertise by pursuing an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at BUET. His academic and research career is defined by a passion for integrating AI, robotics, machine learning, and renewable energy. He possesses a strong, research-focused mindset dedicated to bridging artificial intelligence with engineering to create transformative, sustainable technologies. His hands-on research experience is extensive and impactful, including optimizing advanced systems for enhanced hydrogen production efficiency, developing AI-driven autonomous robots for environmental applicationsβa project which received his department's highest distinctionβand engineering drone-mounted intelligent sensor systems for precision agriculture. A skilled programmer in Python and MATLAB, he has deep experience in numerical modeling, advanced material characterization, and complex simulation using tools like ANSYS, COMSOL, and SolidWorks.
